PDF documents without added text.

Hello, I'm getting some emailed PDFs documents that have fields that people have added text, when I open this document in my IPad the fields are empty.

what could be the problem, all my apps are up to date.

First mobile devices like the iPxx or android devices are not computers.

What app are you using to open the PDFs?

Not all apps can process form fields.

Did the senders use Apple's Preview?

Apple preview is not a good PDF viewer. It can corrupt form fields and screw up PDFs in other ways.
