Calling the Adobe 1-800 number and telling the person you can't understand them then getting hung up on is a different issue...my issue is I created a PDF using Acrobat DC Pro and everything works great on my PC. I sent the PDF to customers and sales teams and the PDF will not open or only a partial population occurs. One complaint is the PDF opens fine but there are no drop-downs showing.

What application (and on what device) are the other people using to open these files? My guess is they're using non-Adobe software to do it, like a web-browser or some other application. If so, the solution is to switch to Adobe software to open the file, and/or to report these issues to the makers of those other applications.
