PDF Format?

When I use Acrobat X Pro to create PDFs, the PDF file shows up as blue grid background instead of plain white background.  How can I change this to create regular PDF files on white background?

Please launch acrobat and navigate to View>Show/Hide>Rulers and Grids>Grid.
