I created a PDF Form, fairly standard. On page 1 there is a section with a grey BG. When I view on other pc's there appears to be 2 grey BG's overlapping. Also further down in the PDF there is some text highlighted yellow.
I did not use highlighting...but the issue is, I do not see the yellow on my monitor, but all other monitors show the yellow and extra grey BG.
I have a feeling it may be some settings in Acrobat, but looking through them, I cant see where to fix this issue?
Anyone else see that?
The yellow highlight is a text highlight annotation. The grey boxes are just regular page contents and there are actually eight of them of various sizes. I can't explain why you don't see them all in Acrobat 7, though the large darker one is tagged as an artifact.

Hi, all PC's are Win 7. Some use Acrobat xi and some acrobat reader.....all of these see the grey box and yellow highlight.
I have win 7 and Acrobat xi, I do not see them. I created the PDF from a word doc.
When I view the pdf on any other system, I can remove the box and yellow. But I do not know how the highlight was done or the extra box. I only put 1 box and NEVER use the highlight.
It has to be a setting on my PC....in acrobat.
Tomorrow I can put the PDF on my cloud for you to see.
Thanks
