hi!
I uploaded a pdf file to a website as attachment. After the file is uploaded completely and now if i click on the hyperlink of the uploaded file to check if the user is able to view it successfully i get an error and the error reads " An error exists on this page.Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person
who created the pdf document to correct the problem".
I had actually scanned the document and saved it as pdf.It was working fine and all of a sudden the file does not open after it is uploaded and when i try to view the file it gives me this error.
The person who created the file was me.It was working for all this while and now it seems to have stopped working.
I am using 2015 release version 2015.017.20050.
Help would be highly appreciated.
Thanks and regards
Mahesh

If I were troubleshooting this I would compare the PDF that I download from the web site to the version that I uploaded to see if they are identical or not. It's possible the that file was modified in the process of uploading it and saving it on the web server.

Hi,
I was the one who uploaded the file.
But i have done the same thing with other pdf's and there was no problem and i was able to download without any trouble.
The problem is only from only a couple of days.
Thanks and regards
Mahesh
