I am on a Mac using Acrobat XI 11.0.14. I'm trying to make a PDF Portfolio but it's not working correctly. I add files and nothing displays - I get no visual feedback of the files, however, if I try and add a file again, it tells me the file is already there.

The whole thing works just fine in Acrobat DC, hoewever, I am teaching Acrobat XI and can't just jump to a newer version in the middle of my class.

Hi,

Please tell the Mac version you work on.

Please try to replicate the issue with some other files and see if you still experiencing the same.

‌im on a 27" iMac, everything is current and up to date, running El Capitan.

I Have tried multiple types of files, single PDF, etc. nothing works. I also made one in CC and tried to open it in XI, same blank screen. Its not the files That are the problem.
