Hi ,

Could you please explain more on this ?

What product do you work on along with its version?

Also update us on the OS in use.

Please explain the workflow.

That's my problem too...

Since last update of MS-Word there is no way to convert a word-document to a pdf file with acrobat dc. Acrobat stops working - but word says "error" and stops too.

acrobat DC

I did - and for "normal" documents the problem is solved

but I have a document with nearly 200 pages - and with that one word crashes again; the problem is comming up at the last 5%...
