I am constantly having to disable the addin or it is automatically disabled and then having to enable it in order to use it.  I am using Windows 7 (64bits).  Is there an upgrade that would help?

Hi brianw58497971,

Please let me know the exact dot version of Acrobat 9 Pro & OS installed on your computer?

Make sure Acrobat 9 is updated to the version 9.5.5 ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/9.x/ .

Open Acrobat 9, navigate to Help menu & repair the installation.  Also repair MS Office 2007.

Now try to replicate the issue.

Regards,
Aadesh

Thanks. The version I have is 9.0.0 and my OS is Windows 7.   How does one update from the link you gave?   I see from another enquiry giving the same link  that it is necessary first to update to 9.1, then 9.1.2.then 9.2.

regards

Brian

I have found out how to do this and will come back if I have further problems
