Portfolio

I just converted an 8 page word doc to Adobe DC.  I combined the 8 pages in to a portfolio and sent it to a customer.  It would not open without an additional program on their end.

I can send the pages loose and they get them fine and they open as PDF's

Do they combine to a single PDF or is just another folder holding 8 pages?

Not sure way I need this program if the Portfolio function works like it does or is it my end doing something wrong.

Additional:  In Portfolio the zoom size is 176 and you can't lock the folder.

Any help out there and thank you

Dan in Calif.

There's no need for any additional software to open a Portfolio file, but if you don't want to use that technology you can easily combine your files to a single PDF (assuming they are not digitally signed or secured in any way, and that are all the same type of PDF). Just click the Options button in the Combine Files dialog and change the output to Single PDF instead of Portfolio.

OK got it.

There was no button "single PDF" but I unclicked save as portfolio and it worked great.

Thanks for your response and I would have been lost without a push from you
