Portrait Word document converting into Landscape PDF document -- Need to Stop

I am converting a Word document which includes embedded pictures -- when I convert to PFD, the pages with the pictures display in landscape and not portrait. How do I fix?

Please explain the workflow.

Also what Acrobat version are you using along with the OS.

Please try to update it to the latest patch.

If on Windows,please repair it as well.

What Word version are you working on?

Does this happen with any other file as well?
