printer dialog box does not open

Hi, my printer dialog box will not open as of Friday May 13 2016. I have had this loaded on my computer for more than a year and it's worked perfectly till now.

I have installed and re installed twice and the same thing happens. which is nothing, command P just flashes, the printer icon at the top does nothing and file print

does nothing. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi all,

We have released a patch today that fixes the Mac Printing issue that was recently introduced (with May 10th release). If you are not already updated to the latest patch, simply open Acrobat and visit Help > Check for updates to apply this patch.

Exact same problem - only noticing this for users with Acrobat DC version 15.016.20039 and up.  Attempted uninstall/reinstall of Acrobat, reset printing system, removed Application Saved State, restarted computer.  OS is 10.10.5 with all current updates.

Way to go, QA.

Hi all,

Acrobat team is working on rolling out a fix soon to resolve this issue. Meanwhile, please try the workaround listed here: Print menu dialog doesn't appear

Adding the printer back with more than 10 chars does not work. Clearly the fix from Abobe will need to address more than this "printer name" limiting problem in the code.

We solved the problem by uninstall and reinstall printer, giving it a name with 10+ characters and then - important - restart the computer.

i can't print either and when i write in the message box it does not let me space any characters...why am i paying for this software??
