Printing off multiple documents to a single PDF

Hi,

I was wondering whether you can assist me with my issue with Acrobat DC.

I am currently using Acrobat DC to print off multiple documents in different formats into a single folder on my desktop using the "Adobe PDF Output Folder" function where I then intend on combining all these documents into a single PDF to then redact. However, I am encountering difficulties in printing off certain formats of documents, namely outlook emails and photographs, as they print off to a single file name which I then have to manually change each time that I print off multiple emails or photographs in order to avoid losing the original document I printed off.

The product that I used before my organisation changed to using solely Acrobat DC being PDFDocs allowed me to print off any document format without the need to have to change the file name. I am therefore seeking a similar functionality out of Acrobat DC.

From my own research, and out of your interest, I have noticed from downloading a trial of Nuance Power PDF Advanced that this program has a function of being able to print off multiple documents of any format to a single PDF through its "Send to Power PDF" naming method in its "Nuance PDF Printing Preferences" under its "PDF Settings".

If you can assist with the issues that I am having with Acrobat DC that would be appreciated.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Eamonn

Why print to PDF (potentially destructive to colour management, transparency)? Simply save or convert the files directly to PDF using Acrobat or their origianatin program and then combine the separate files using Acrobat Pro.

Thanks but this is simply too inefficient for me as I have large volumes of documents that I need to convert to PDF at times and to have to keep changing the name and/or save each document just takes too much time. I need a function from Adobe which is the same one that I referred above that Nuance Power PDF Advanced possesses which is the ability to print any type of document to a single PDF (or portfolio or binder if you like) without the need to rename each document you print (or save).
