Hello,
I have a customer having issues with printing PDF files. They have Acrobat Standard DC, and can open any PDF just fine, however when attempting to print they get an error message: "cannot print the document".
They are working on a terminal server environment with MS server 2012 R2 Standard installed on it. When the error message appears the only thing we can do is repairing the install of Acrobat DC on the server. Afther that printing is working fine again but afther a couple of days the same errormessage appears again.
Adobe Acrobat DC is up to date (version 15.006.30174)
The printer can print other jobs from other software (i.e. Word, Notepad, etc.) without any issues.
Afther repairing the installation of acrobat the problen is solved for a certain amount of time.
Is there any solution to this problem that I can apply and have the product working as intended for my customer?
