Hi stevej68376051,

Please provide the exact dot version of the software & OS installed at your system .Also check whether is there any update available for the software after going through "help > check for updates "

Follow this thread to reset the preferences for the Acrobat software :- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.

Please try this : Open Acrobat > Preferences (Mac OS) or Edit > Preferences (Windows) and click the Security (Enhanced) category. Deselect Enable Enhanced Security, and then try to print the file.

Is the problem is specific to this one file? If so, there may be a problem with the way the PDF was written (that is, it could be damaged).Check with other files as well to replicate the issue.

Please check with the Different printer as well.If the file is on network drive, please save it on local drive & then check for the same.

Yatharth

I have the very same problem. I've tried every setting I can think of and have gone through all the standard .pdf printing troubleshooting fixes you refer to. I've updated Acrobat DC, am running Windows 10 (and it's been updated), and the printer is on a network and prints every other type of document I send as well as the very occasional .pdf.  Windows 10 was giving me issues with the Start Menu (a known issue) so I had to create a new profile on my system and it has been since that time that it stopped printing pdfs. Prior to the new profile I had no trouble. Windows 10 has all kinds of known issues but everything was working fine before I created the new profile. I just attempted the fix you recommended to this user but that didn't help either. Would appreciate some help as this is frustrating and is wasting a lot of my time. Thanks.
