Ok, so I've found that scanning in a landscape direction leads to having a sideways print. I started scanning from a portrait standpoint. I had thought that would be the fix, but here's a new problem; I have customers that send me PDF's constantly. I've asked if they scan sideways, but most only have one option to scan. Every scan I receive appears to look portrait, but when I go to print it comes out 90 degrees clockwise. When I view these page in "organize pages", they are all predetermined 90 degrees clockwise. How can I make this issue stop and come in as right side up? Of course, I can rotate these pages after/before printing, but I'm sure you can see why this would be a pain in the ass when receiving 100's of files a day. A free version of PDF reader/viewer did not do this. I like adobe acrobat pro DC and want to order it before my free trial runs out, but if this cannot be fixed I'm not sure it would be worth it. Is there a permanent fix to this or is the free version the only alternative?

We have a similar problem and the work around has been to rotate the files in acrobat, save as a postscript and then open in distiller. I don't think I would want to do that for 100's a day, so maybe someone else has a solution.
