I paid for Pro DC subscription and used it for most of my work day. I took a break to eat dinner and now I return to find that each time I click EDIT, it prompts me to "learn more" and wants me to pay for a subscription.
I've logged out and back in, as well as closing the app (on my Mac) and reopening it. I have verified that I am logged onto the correct account. I've also tried from my work computer (PC) that does not have the software installed. It is asking me to "learn more" also and not giving me access to the features I need and received after paying for the Pro version. After I've signed in, I go to my account and verify that I am logged into my account and even see "Acrobat Pro DC subscription (one-year)" under the PLANS & PRODUCTS section.
Can anyone tell me what may be happening and how to fix? Please PLEASE don't make me use the chat support again. (Maybe my chat survey didn't go over so well...)

Hi KellyCellini,
Please let me know the version of operating system installed on the computer on which you want to use the Acrobat Pro DC subscription?
Also private message me your Adobe ID under which you have Acrobat Pro DC subscription along with the thread link.
Regards,
Aadesh

It seems very likely to me that you are not running Acrobat Pro at all, but are instead running Acrobat Reader. Be sure you are running the right app, because this is what Reader is supposed to do.
