Finally - as of this morning the little Adobe acrobat sign in the upper right corner of firefox is back - so I can save a web page as a pdf, as I used to be able to do.
HOWEVER, when I tried to do it - with several different web pages - I keep getting this ERROR message - "Acrobat had an error converting to PDF" - with JavaScript Application noted just above the message...
So - I still cannot convert a page........any ideas how I fix this???

Hi ,
Please tell the version of Acrobat and Firefox.
Do you experience this with all the pages that you try to convert to a PDF?
Please try to update Acrobat once and if on Windows, repair it as well.

I have also made sure EVERYTHING is up-to-date - my windows is as is mozilla and add-ons and all my settings
Heck, I have helped answer some questions on here for others - I have years of computer experience....
I also downloaded the adobe acrobat manual........am never afraid to look things up - which is how I learned to properly edit my pdf's, combine several pdf files and more.
I went looking everywhere this morning for an answer..........I seem to have done everything and have all my settings correct and up-to-date.....

Yes I was able to convert a web page from Acrobat via File > Create > PDF from web page....though it took quite a bit and was not perfect.....
But that does NOT solve the REAL problem - why are we getting the JavaScript Error message when trying to do what we are supposed to be able to do......I am NOT pleased - with all these problems....when I am a paying customer....
Why wasn't this checked and double checked and fixed before....???

Hi - thanks for your help and questions...
I have Firefox 44.0.2 and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015.010.20059
I have experienced this with multiple different pages and web sites since I Adobe Acrobat became available this morning.....Nothing - I keep getting the same error message...
Have noticed a few others online saying the same thing - I have also checked my Mozilla add-ons and everything......am at a loss - except to ASSUME that the folks at Adobe did NOT do a complete job when they finally did this.....and as someone who pays monthly - I am NOT pleased...

Adobe Support offers a method of renaming the C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Browser\WCFirefoxExtn folder (WCFirefoxExtn), restarting Firefox, shutting it down, naming the folder back to its original, and restarting Firefox and everything will work.
However, a little however, I did that, it worked for a few days....and then it seemed to break and produce the "Acrobat had an error converting to pdf" - I even tried printing to a PDF file and that did not work - when I realized that a graphic in the webpage was for some reason not being recognized....and that is why it errored out. So Adobe needs to look into that issue, the defective page that causes an error in the PDF generation.

Here it is, and one of the table images is in some way corrupted or not copiable, when I tried first to copy the page into a Thunderbird email message.
Then the PDF process failed when I tried to Acrobat it directly in the Firefox browser. But other web pages worked with Acrobat. I initially thought that my renaming of the Acrobat Browser folder had come undone but then recalled that one of the images was defective, tried other web pages and Acrobat was fine. The problem is that the error message produced is sort of generic and does not tell you what actually failed in the PDF generation process. Suggestion for future updates on Acrobat!
