Problem opening files with acrobat 9

Often whwn i try to open pdf files with Acrobat 9 that has been registered in 2013, the files are visualizzed al in grey.  Can somone help me PLEASE? i have to open them always with Acrobat 8.

Please show screen shots comparing good (Acrobat 8) and bad (Acrobat 9) for the same page. Also, both these versions are obsolete for many years, did you try the current version of Acrobat?

i bought acrobat 9 , it makes me use all the special things, it works like an editor and else . after that this program converts file in pdf or makes me delete pages in a file or else. but when i go to vision it it opens only gray pages.ad 9..JPG
