Problem with Acrobat DC

New Here ,
Jul 09, 2016 Jul 09, 2016

A couple of days ago I decide to update my free version of Acrobat.  From the Adobe site I downloaded Acrobat DC Version 2015.016.20039 in English.to run on Windows 7.  everything installed OK. Then when using it today I notice that somehow Adobe has made a mistake and I've got a Ukrainian version with menus etc in a language I don't understand.  I tried to reinstall my old version but can't because it won't let me because I have a newer versions installed.  Also for some reason when I tried to uninstall it, it doesn't.

Has anyone any suggestions how I can get round the problem.

there is no free version of acrobat.

there is a free adobe reader that lets your read (but not edit) acrobat files.

uninstall acrobat and reader using your control panel.

clean per Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

reinstall the appropriate program.  ie, if you purchased acrobat, install it.  if you're looking for a free acrobat viewer, install adobe reader.

Mohd Amish and sreeharshac, why are you responding to a thread that's clearly dead?

ie, check the message dates before responding unless you're posting something that you think will help other users that might find this thread.
