I am unable to use Acrobat Pro XI despite still paying monthly subscription. It is asking for a sign in / license number which I do not have.

Hi faisali4976435,
Would like to inform you if you are getting the message for Sign in/ license the software, then use your credentials for signing in and start using the service (after clicking license the software also you will get the sign in window)
Also make sure you are working in Acrobat Pro not in Reader.
