Problems with Acrobat Adobe Pro XI for a Mac

Hi, I just install Acrobat Adobe Pro XI, in my Mac, but all the time, when I tried to run the program, is sending me a message, that the program didn't install correctly and I have to install it again, I hope you can help me, because if i can't install it, I'll cancel the subscription, thank you

Would request you to Please uninstall the Previous version of Acrobat software if its installed on your system .

Please check with the Different user account with the Admin rights to replicate the issue.
