Hi there,
I have a problem with auto filling a PDF document using data from PHP/Mysql.
The idea is that when a user hits a button on the page, a script will catch the values and fill them into a pre made PDF-document. So far the falpits have been numerous, so before I investigate further I have to clearify a few things with people who know Adobe products a lot better than myself.
I use documents produced in LiveCycle Designer, and as I understand it, this can be tricky because of the document type(?) that LiveCycle Designer produces.
-What kind of Adobe program should I use to make documents of my need? (fill inputs on screen or auto fill from db source).
So far I have tried out a lot of scripts, but the errors I get leads me to believe I am using the wrong type of PDF to accomplish this.
(Among this one: FPDF-Merge Error: Fast Web View mode is not supported)
Appreciated if someone could share some experience on how they produce pre made PDF's with values from DB.
Thanx!
Chris
