Punctuation issue

Hi

When I type a sentence and insert a full stop, full stop goes to the left end of the sentence

Did anyone come across this issue and solved?

Could you please tell what application you are using - Reader/Acrobat?

Is this happening with single file or with other files as well?

Thank you for your reply.

It is Adobe acrobat. Any punctuations appear on left end of each sentence. This issue we face with more than one user. Tried updating and reinstalled acrobat. But the same:(

How are you adding the text? What exact tool you're using?

Also, what language is the text in?

I use add text option, language is english. Language option already set to left to right. It works for some users but for some not
