I've subscribed, opened my PDF and where it says Convert to a Word document it won't let me click on it so I can convert. Any idea why?

Could you please let me know the exact dot version of the adobe application you are using and the OS version on your system?

Please let me know which subscription you have.

Also please elaborate the issue and let me know what exactly happens when you click on the convert button.

Does it give you any error message?

If yes, please share the error message you get.

Hi,

Thanks for responding. I’ve attached the pdf I’m trying to convert. I subscribed to the Adobe Export PDF for $23.88 per year back in November of last year and haven’t been able to convert any files at all. When I click on Convert it doesn’t give me an error message. It just had the little spinner that goes around and then goes away, and does nothing. Under the little box that says “Convert To” nothing is highlighted so I can click on Word document. Any idea why? Thanks for trying to help!
