I'm able to open PDF documents. I'm able to use the comment tool, but I am unable to use the Edit & Sign tool on the same PDF. It keeps refreshing the screen, as if unable to load the document. It shows the four square loading icon and it just continues to circulate, but never actually loads the PDF for me to fill & sign. I've noticed this issue after my computer decided to upgrade to Windows 10 (without me having known it was going to) after did a reboot overnight.
I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it twice. I have installed it both from Chrome and internet explorer. I have made sure all updates are up to date on my computer. I have already restarted my computer to see if that would clear the issue.
Any idea why it will not let me use the fill & sign tool?
