"invalid serial number" error

having trouble installing acrobat 8 pro. I have a valid serial number but keep getting the "invalid serial number" error. please help.

Would you please help us with the screenshot of  the error? Also, remove the serial number from the screen shot.

I found there is no problem with the serial number and another thing was this product provided to you by Dell.

You may contact dell about this issue.
