"Organize Pages" option missing in side panel

Hi! I'm trying to export some pages from a PDF and was able to do this easily with previous versions of Acrobat.
Apparently in the latest version there should be a tab that says Organize Pages. It's missing for me and I don't know where to find it.

Are you sure you're using Adobe Acrobat and not Adobe Acrobat Reader? This option is only available in the former, not the latter.

Oh. yes it seems I was indeed using Reader! Haha. Silly me. Thank you so much, never considered that!
