Reactivating after failed hard drive

New Here ,
Mar 21, 2016 Mar 21, 2016

Hello Folks,

We have an old version of Acrobat Standard 9.0 that will not activate on a rebuilt computer - we were unable to deactivate on previous two failed attempts to resurrect the computer. Yes, we will have our license number.  I see now that we are unable to access Adobe support via phone or chat to resolve the issue any longer.  Any advice is greatly appreciated.
