I have a recurring problem that adobe will not address this time, just refers me to community forum.  I cannot create an adobe pdf; I cannot open one; I cannot scan or create one.  I had the problem several weeks ago and they fixed it via chat and teamviewer.  It recurred.  I get a message saying cannot connect to DE or DC server. 

Adobe continually refers me to community forums versus helping to fix it like they did last time.  It is very frustrating and irritating.

Hi ,

Try the solutions given below:-

Solution 1) (This error occurs when you have more than 1 process of Acrobat running)

1) Go to the task manager by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del

2) Go to the processes in Task Manager

3) End all processes related to Acrobat

4) Launch Acrobat again.

Solution 2) Open Acrobat navigate to Help menu & Repair the installation.

Solution 3) Check the file association on your system.
