Reinstall Acrobat X after Windows 7/32bit -> Windows 10/64 bit upgrade

New Here ,

I will be upgrading to Windows 10 and at the same  time I will flip it from 32 to 64 bits.

I understand that the 32->64 bit update will require me to first reinstall Windows 7 from boot disk and I will lose everything.

So I will need to reinstall Acrobat, this won't be a problem as I always keep the boxes and keycards for my software.

Will I encounter any duplicate license issues - do I need to uninstall it in the Windows 7 first to unregister it with Adobe ? or will it still somehow know it is indeed the same computer  ?

Will it fetch new Flexnet Publisher software when I reinstall on my newly updated system ?

Currently it's unpatched/insecure; I can't get an answer to update it to a new version.
