Remissing AcroStan.msi message. Please advise.

All of a sudden Adobe Acrobat 7 Standard is not turning on and while trying to configure itself for some reason, get stuck on a missing AcroStan.msi message.  Please advise.

Would like to inform you that Acrobat 7 activation is no longer available

Please refer to this Kb article :-    Error: "Activation Server Unavailable" | CS2, Acrobat 7, Audition 3
