I have an application server which generates Invoice and automatically sends it to the customers,i wants to add Digital Signature on invoice format (Invoice format is created in SQL) so my application support engg is requesting for the API Access of Adobe to integrate Adobe E-Sign system and generate Signature before sending invoice to the end user.
please help me what i have to do

You cannot use the Acrobat SDK in this way. It is licensed only for personal use, and must not be used in an automated system. However, Adobe Sign is not part of the Acrobat SDK. You can refer the developer to this page to get started with Adobe Sign: Adobe Sign API - FAQ
