Response file doesn't mark duplicate forms

Hi Adobe Community,

Currently 40 colleagues of mine are working with the PDF forms I created with Adobe Acrobat X Pro. This works as designed. But when I import the PDF forms in to the response file I get some unexpected behavior, so I decided to make a testcase.

I've made a simple PDF form, and submitted them. 3 forms with unique values and 3 forms that also have a duplicate form (all of the values are te same). During the import all of the 9 forms were imported without a notification about the three duplicates. What I expected was that the 3 duplicated forms wouldn't be imported. It seems like I can't replicate the scenario that triggers the duplicate message.

Therefore I'm hoping somebody of the Adobe Community can give me insight/explain about PDF forms and the procedure when a PDF form is marked as duplicate in a response file.

Kind regards,

Vincent

Extra information about the forms.

3 unique forms:
ID: 1

ID: 2

ID: 3

3 forms with duplicates (in total 6 forms):

ID: 4 and duplicate 7 (I expected the error at the import of form 7)

ID: 5 and duplicate 8 (I expected the error at the import of form 8)

ID: 6 and duplicate 9 (I expected the error at the import of form 9)
