Reviewer Signature

We have a form that will be filled out by operators.  The operators fill out a signature field when the form is completed.  The supervisor then reviews the form and signs a second signature field to confirm that everything is filled out correctly.  I have two questions.

Can the supervisor signature field be read only, then when the operator signs off, the supervisor signature field is now able to be signed?

Can the supervisor signature field be limited to who can sign it?

With some custom folder level scripts added to each user's computer for Acrobat/reader is is possible to unlock the supervisor's signature field by test the login name of the user. One could also use the login name to verify the user is on a supervisor's system.
