Hi,

Using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC trial version.  I created a pdf from scanner and when I clicked on save as, I just got a blank page.  Tried to close and asked me if I wanted to save, answered yes, and again just a Save As on the top left and a blank page.

See attached and please advise.  thank you.blank_saveas.PNG

Hi georgiejr‌,

Could you please tell me the exact dot version of the software?

Please try to update the software by navigating to menu bar==> Help>Check for updates.

Also try to repair installation : Help>Repair installation.

If still its doesn't work please try to reinstall the software.

Please let me know if this resolves your issue.

Sarojini
