Whenever I save as pdf, the document is blank. However, I am able to print to a pdf. The problem just started after I upgraded to Windows 10. I tried to reinstall the Acrobat program but the problem continues.

Hi SAS33146,
Could you please let me know the acrobat version you have ?
Does this happen with a particular pdf file or with all the pdf files?
Also please try navigating to Help>Repair installation and also check for updates under the help menu .
Also try referring to this thread : "save as" pop up box does not allow me to save the document.
Let me know if this helps.
Regards
Sarojini

Thank you. The solution in the thread worked. I have Acrobat XI Pro. What I did not realize was that the “Save As” uses Acrobat Reader DC.
I have another issue that I would like help on. On some documents, I can take a snapshot of text but part of a document, that feature is not available or does not work. I checked and in all situations the document is opened in Acrobat XI Pro.
Thank you,
Sherry
