Saving a Fillable form

I have created my fallible form. It looks great. Now I want to save it to my computer for later use. I did that but when I opened up the newly saved file, the fallible boxes are not there. I am using acrobat x pro.

Can this be done and if so, what am I doing wrong? (seems straight forward)
