Hi,
I use to be able to save a pdf document under save as, but recently within the past few days, when I go click on save as I get a blank box with four boxes in the middle and the boxes just rotate blue as if its doing something but nothing happens. Can anyone help me??

I have the same issue, using AcrobatPro Windows 10. Can no longer "save as" just get those annoying rotating boxes. I can "save as other" still. I have made no changes to the system other than what Windows 10 does on it's own.

What version of Acrobat are you using, and on what operating system? I see that the second commenter is using Windows 10. Again, which version of Acrobat are you running?

I'm running Acrobat Pro DC 2015.017.20053, which tells me it is the current version. Should I uninstall/reinstall and hope that does it? Must frustrating not being able to "save as". Thanks,

I just uninstalled/reinstalled Acrobat Pro DC to no avail, still get those rotating blue squares when trying to "Save As". I have been using this program since forever without any issues, and have not made any changes to the PC.
Anyone have a clue?
Thanks,

NM, now it appears to be working as before. Maybe it was the reinstall.

I'm also using the same version of adobe acrobat and windows 10. I have not tried to save as other yet, but I believe you can only save as text, word or excel.

Are you sure you're using Acrobat and not the free Reader (now called "Acrobat Reader", unfortunately)?

Your right I' am using Acrobat Reader DC, but I was still able to save before with the same Acrobat Reader DC. Is there a way I can resolve this using the same Acrobat Reader? I need to save the PDF's to my computer.
