Scatter graph does not convert properly

I converted a Word document to PDF. There is one scatter graph in the document, which does not convert properly. Some of the labels are cut off and one of the items in the legends moved from left to right. I changed the positioning of the graph to text above and below but it hasn't made any difference.

Also the hyperlinks in the figure of tables hasn't converted. The table of contents is fine.

I'm using Acrobat X Pro and Word 2010 on Windows XP.
