After fixing the Acrobat X Pro by the Adobe technical team (case:  0217532672), the scrolling function of my fujitsu laptop did not work now.

Hi Lam,

May I know whether the scrolling in PDFs is not working with Acrobat or it is not working overall with any other tool on the machine?

Thanks,

Abhishek

Hi Abhishek,

The scrolling is not working overall with any other tool on the laptop.

Thanks,

Grace

Hi Lam,

Are you using any external pointing device or track pad where the scroll is not working. Try to update the Track Pad drivers on the machine. I am sure you must have checked scroll lock key also.

Thanks,

Abhishek

Hi Abhishek,

The external pointing device is fine but the pad within the laptop is not working well for the scrolling.  I suspect that some kind of app or software was mistakenly deleted during last time fix of the Adobe Acrobat X Pro.  May I know where can I update the Track Pad drivers, please?

Thanks,

Grace

Hi Lam,

Please check for drivers at Fujitsu support site. To get the exact drivers you have look for the model number of the laptop you are using with the OS.

Thanks,

Abhishek

When I check the Mouse in Control Panel, the window (please see the attached pic) pops out.  It seems the installation doesn't work even I downloaded the fujisu drivers.  And if I uninstall the Synaptics driver, will it affect the Adobe Acrobat X Pro?

Hi Lam,

Thank you for sharing the details. Uninstalling Synaptics driver won't affect Acrobat application.

Thanks,

Abhishek
