Send PDF form to different reciever everytime

For sumbit form to outlook I would like no named email to be default. I would like the PDF to attach to outlook then I type the email address on outlook, as the email receiever will be different every time

As the target URL of your submit button enter simply "mailto:" (without the

quotes) to achieve that.
