Sending only one page of a form by email?

Hello Adobe community

I have create a form with two pages. The first only contain information and the second page the data to enter only.

I have create a send by email button but it send the entire document.

Is there a way to make it sent only the second page?

You cannot do that with Reader, mobile PDF viewers, or most non-Adobe PDF viewers. So it can only work with Acrobat. If that's an acceptable limitation, post again.
