Serial number incorrect message

I have adobe Acrobat Pro. I have my serial number as well. My registration date is April 15, 2014. I have a new computer and am trying to redownload this software. Everytime I do it says that the serial number is incorrect. What could be the issue here? Thank you in advance for your help!

If that doesn't work, contact Support here: Contact Customer Care , click Still need help, Contact us, and make sure you are logged into your Adobe account.
