Startup Screen Won't Go Away

Whenever I open a PDF, I see "PDF is processing for ready" box which never goes away even after the PDF is open, edited, printed, etc. A royal pain. I've uninstalled twice to no avail. Attachment with screen shot. Acrobat also quits if I drop one or more PDFs on the Acrobat icon.2016-04-12_08-30-24.jpg

Hi Mr. Met,

Could you please let us know the acrobat version you have and the OS version on your system?

Also please refer to this article : Hide the message Content Preparation Progress when opening a PDF file

Let me know if this helps.

Sarojini
