I just bought a Acrobat Pro DC plan - after a free trial expired. Mac OS 10.11.6
Website Adobe PDF Services is ok - but very few tools activated. No Edit
Downloaded the APDC - and installed. No way to activate. - Uninstalled, reinstalled…. Keeps opening the same "your trial has expired" BUY.
Account update, bug detection, all kinds of incredibly annoying and ill thought website circulars - for hours!!!
Just won't work !!! - No mobile version available in my country !
No licence number. Nothing NOTHING works in the help files, endless repeat of web pages going into circular references….
WHAT IS WRONG ???
Here is what they say :
Acrobat Pro comes with apps for desktop and mobile, so you can work with PDFs in the office or on the go. Each app is connected to Adobe Document Cloud so you can access your recent files from anywhere. Be sure to download Acrobat Pro on your desktop and install Acrobat on your favorite mobile devices.
If you've already downloaded Acrobat Pro DC on your desktop, you don't need to install it again. However, we recommend you save this email in case you need to reinstall Acrobat in the future.
