As noted one can use a button to email the form with the correct form . and having Acrobat/Reader set to interact with an email client. One could also submit the form to a scripted web page on a web server and have the server perform the email action using the scripting and resources of the web server.

Do you get any error messages?

Have you opened the Acrobat JavaScript console to see if there are any errors in your code or the behind the scenes code processing your request?

Thanks. Since I am new to Acrobat, the only thing I actually understand is that I already set to 'Submit to Email'. The form was added to our website in same manner as other forms. We did not have to do anything else to have it work. This new one is the only one we are having problem with the Submit.

We can fill in form, and print, but cant submit.  No error messages occur either. When clicked, it just does nothing.

Did you add a Mailto: action to the send button in InDesign and did you export it as an Interactive PDF?

And did you Reader enable the form so that users with only Acrobat Reader can enter data and store it?

What are you using to open the PDF? If it’s just a browser that would explain a thing or two.
