submit button not working

I put a submit button on a pdf form and add a submit form with email action. I put it on my website and nothing happens when I push the submit button

Do you open the form in a browser? What PDF viewer do you use in the browser?

I open it in a browser, chrome and IE and in both it does nothing and have windows 10 on my computer

The built-in PDF viewers for Chrome and IE/Edge do not support submitting via email. Chrome's built-in PDF viewer supports submitting to a web server and I'm not sure what IE/Edge supports, if anything.
