Submit Button will not work after form being uploaded to a website

I created an interactive form to be uploaded in Constant Contact and Wix. Form will open in a different web browser but when they need to click "Submit Order" which will attached the file to the clients email ready to be send to us, that submit button, does not work. What am I doing wrong?...
