Subscription to Acrobat DC Professional on an annual basis with ONE payment per year?

I'd like to subscribe to Acrobat DC Professional on an annual basis with ONE payment per year (same as the Creative Cloud subscription I already have), and not on a monthly charge. Is this possible, and where do I find the respective link for download?

The option available is of Acrobat Pro Dc Annual subscription pair monthly Plans and pricing | Adobe Acrobat DC. There is no one time Annual payment option.

And why not? As it is also available for other Adobe products, I do not understand this. It's simply not practical.
