Supported Algorithm in Adobe Standard X (10.1.4)

We are getting an unsupported algorithm errors on our root CA Certificate.  Our root signature algorithm is sha256ECDSA and signature hash algorithm is sha256.  This there patches available to support ECDSA?

Hi baubuchon,

Please update Acrobat X to 10.1.16  Update, patch | Adobe Acrobat, Reader 10.x | Windows, Mac OS version & then try to replicate the issue.

If the issue persist, please let us know the exact error message.

Thanks for the response.  Upgrading to 10.1.16 did not resolve the issue.  I am an adobe novice, so please let me know if you would like specific information or screen shot.  Below is what I discovered during troubleshooting.

  • When opening a signed document, we get the below ribbon on the top of the page.

  • Selected the Signature Panel and expanding, we see this.

  • Drilling down into trusted identities, if we click on our root CA certificate, we get the below error.
